Q: How can I pay for my order?

A: You can pay using a credit or debit card, or you can pay from your paypal account. Just follow the checkout instructions. If you dont want to use Paypal, you can pay by credit or debit card by phone, just ring your order through to Vanda.

Q: Will the postman know whats in my parcel?

A: All orders are discreetly packaged before being posted to you.

Q: Can I get a refund if i don't like my product?

A: Ann Summers do not supply refunds, but will exchange goods as long as they are in unused condition, complete with all tags and labels attached.

Q: How can I contact you regarding my order?

A: Just email us on the Contact Us page. If there is any other information we may require of you to fulfill your order, we will contact you by email.
